A walk on the beach is as simple as coming down to the lobby and head east on the landscaped walkway to the sand and saltwater breakers. There's also a heated pool for the winter vacationers and plenty to do if you care to walk. Ron Jon's and the Cocoa Beach Pier are within walking distance, however the pier is a solid mile and may be more distance than some want to walk.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but some of Cocoa Beaches better dining experiences are a short car ride to the north and south.
