Review: Cape Caribe is owned by Towne Realty, Inc out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is actually a time share resort. From the moment you enter the premises you are often subjected to the high pressure sales crew on property. This makes many people feel uncomfortable and pressured and it's difficult to just say NO! to these on property sales people. The restaurant on site is simply aweful and absolutley no locals go to or attend any activites or go to the nightlife there or on site. The pool is unsurpassed in the Cocoa Beach area but is not as intimate as the Radisson Resort at the Port. Slides, rides and the lazy river is a great getaway for the poolside lounger type.
